Delivery to surrounding areas may be available for an additional fee, subject to location and availability. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm delivery options and costs.

Standard delivery within the Gold Coast is usually completed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times for surrounding areas may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery is made to ground level and easily accessible locations unless otherwise agreed.

Customers must ensure there is clear and safe access to the delivery location.

If stairs, tight access, or special handling is required, additional fees may apply and must be disclosed in advance.

Second-Hand Goods

All products sold are second-hand / used appliances.
Items are inspected and tested prior to delivery; however, minor cosmetic wear consistent with prior use may be present.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of access, or absence at the delivery address, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Please note that customer collection is not available.
All purchases are delivered directly to the nominated delivery address.
