Refund Policy

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or where the customer no longer wants the product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Finding the product cheaper elsewhere

Deciding the product is not suitable after delivery

Minor cosmetic wear consistent with second-hand or ex-display goods

Faulty Products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault and:

Cannot be repaired, or

Is not fixed within a reasonable time by our warranty technician

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, as required by law.

If the fault is minor, we may choose to:

Repair the product, or

Replace the product, or

Offer a refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims must be assessed by our authorised technician.
Products must not be repaired, altered, or serviced by third parties without our prior approval, as this may void warranty and refund rights.

Used & Ex-Display Goods

All products sold are second-hand or ex-display appliances.
Cosmetic marks, scratches, or signs of previous use do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for a refund.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
